Did you try this yet !! Staying on top of due or overdue activities can make all the difference in effective customer interactions. The “Due open activities” control is a powerful control that brings due and overdue tasks directly into view on your forms, making them clickable for quick access.
Great news! You can now enable ✅ or disable ❌ channels directly within the Customer Service Admin Center 🛠️. Simply go to Channels 📡 in the Admin Center, and you’ll find a new option: Manage Channels 🗂️. This update gives you greater flexibility and control over your channels!
